The documents are ready to use as drafted. Alternatively they can be used as 'samples' or 'templates' for drafting your own document with our without the help of your own legal advisor.

We are not in the business of selling second rate products and, whilst we make every effort to ensure that our documents are reasonably priced, we make no apologies for not selling the cheapest documents on the net.

Yes, all our documents are drafted and/or approved by qualified solicitors at Bedfords. You can be sure therefore that you end up with a professional document valid for use in England and Wales.
How quickly can you get the document to me?
If we receive your order prior to 12.00 mid-day (working day) we guarantee to email the document to you the same day. Otherwise we are normally, in any event, able to provide you with the document the next working day following the day of receipt of your order.
Are my details kept confidential?
Yes, all dealings with us are kept strictly confidential subject to any overriding
duties that we have under legislation such as the Money Laundering Regulations.
How easy are the documents to understand for non-lawyers?
Obviously by their very nature legal documents have to incorporate some legal language. However, so far as possible, all documents are drafted in Plain English and (where necessary) come with full Explanatory Notes.
What Format are the documents sent in?
The majority of our documents are sent in Microsoft Word
format. Most are fully editable but some are 'password
protected' which means that you are able to edit certain
specified sections of the document and save and print it.
Some documents are sent in non-editable 'pdf' format.
All documents can be re-used (in accordance with our
Terms and Conditions) as many times as you like. However
we would point out that legislation changes very quickly
and we can only guarantee that your document is up-to-date
at the time of purchase.
Is it a UK Nationwide Service?
Yes, we can assist you wherever you live in the UK.
Can I buy documents if I am outside the UK?
Yes, anyone can buy a document so long as you have access to email. However you should note that our documents are only valid in England and Wales.
Is it necessary to meet?
No - no meetings are necessary.
How secure is your payment system?
Very secure. We use Worldpay to process all our orders.

We are constantly adding new documents to the Law Shop so keep checking back when you can. If you can’t find the document you need then
contact us and we will tell you whether we can draft it for you. If we get enough requests for a particular document then we will add it to the site.
