It is our policy to adopt a conciliatory and constructive approach to all family cases. If you and your spouse have both decided on a divorce, agreed financial arrangements and arrangements for any children and would like everything handled sensitively, professionally and at a reasonable fixed price then this service will be for you.

We will carry out all work necessary to obtain a Decree Absolute with the minimum inconvenience to both you and your spouse. This includes drafting and filing the following documents:

divorce petition

statement of arrangements for children

affidavit of evidence in support of divorce petition

application for directions

application for Decree Absolute
