Money Claims Online

We now offer an online money claim service for all our clients. This enables a highly efficient and effective service for collecting undisputed but unpaid debts - all claim and enforcement forms are submitted to the Court electronically.

This service is available on a no success no fee basis. If we do not recover any monies for you there will be no fee to pay. If we do recover monies for you then our fee is a % of the amount recovered (inclusive of VAT). The % will depend on the size of the debt and is subject to a minimum. However court fees are payable by you and we can provide details of these upon request.

name and address of debtor

email copy of invoice/proof of debt

details of any debt collection action taken

Please note that this 'no success no fee' service applies to undisputed/undefended claims only. If the claim is subsequently defended then we will discuss with you the fees involved.
