Use this notice form, if you are seeking to end a house/flat share agreement. If the landlord is a non-resident owner at least four weeks notice must be given. If the landlord is resident, statutorily only a reasonable period of notice needs to be given. However, it is suggested that the period by which the rent is paid, may offer useful guidance.
