Letter to Tenant Who Caused Serious Damage to Furnishings

This letter is designed for use by an assured shorthold landlord whose tenant caused or allowed another to cause serious damage to the furnishings provided with the property. This letter makes it clear that unless the tenant’s behaviour ceases immediately, and he repairs the damaged furnishings within 7 days, the landlord will take court action to recover possession of the property and compensation.
