Drivers come into contact with the law more than anyone else. Sometimes they are required to go to court and are often in danger of losing their licences. In the most serious cases they may even face a prison sentence.
Motoring law can be complex and often involves difficult, procedural and evidential issues. If you are prosecuted, your job or your business, or even your liberty, may be at risk. You will need an advocate with the skill and experience to present your case in court.
We will speak to you about your case, advise you on the best way to proceed and if necessary arrange representation for you in court. This may be putting forward a plea of guilty in mitigation, or defending you at a trial, and challenging the evidence of the prosecution’s witnesses, or appealing against a sentence or conviction at the Crown Court. It may even involve an application to reopen a case.
Your case will be personally handled by Rupert Bedford who is a qualified solicitor with over 15 years experience of motoring law and practice.
