Grazing Agreement

This is a comprehensive Agreement setting out the rights and responsibilities where an owner of land agrees to let a piece of that land to someone else for grazing. It includes covenants by the Grazier for example not to allow diseased animals onto the land, not to permit any trespass on the land, to keep all fences, ditches and watercourses in proper stockproof condition, not to sub-let the grazing rights and so on. It also specifically provides for the payment of rent, the owners re-entry and termination of the agreement.
