Agreement for use of a Swimming Pool

You may wish to open your swimming pool for use by neighbours or other members of the local community. Whilst this is well meaning it is essential that in doing so you do not open yourself up to potential liability. This Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of the owner and ‘pool user’. It includes clauses to ensure that the pool user has responsibility over children using the pool and to ensure that children under 15 are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. It also provides that the pool user (and those under his care and control) uses the swimming pool entirely at their own risk. The Agreement comes with a basic ‘Safety Code’.
