Metal Detecting Licence

This Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities where an owner of land allows or requests another to metal detect on his land. It includes provisions for the payment of a licence fee and for the licensee to make good any damage to land or property, protect livestock and wildlife, report any finds to the owner.
