Building Contract

This contract is suitable for use by builders and building companies, homeowners, occupiers and others who deal directly with a builder. It is suitable for building work in England and Wales only. The contract may be used for projects of any size, including home improvements, extensions and repairs. The contract sets out the parties respective rights and responsibilities.
