Drafting and Serving a Section 21 Notice

This service is intended as a quick, convenient and affordable method for a landlord or letting agent to have a Section 21 Possession Notice drafted by a qualified solicitor.

We will take your instructions and draft the Notice. You then have the following options for service:

• we can email the Notice to you for printing out at your end. You can then serve the Notice personally or arrange for someone else to do it on your behalf, or
  
• we can serve the Notice under cover of a Solicitors Letter by first class post recorded delivery and send you a copy of the letter & Notice together with proof of posting.

Alternatively we now offer the option of having the Notice served by a professional process server for an additional cost of £100 (which includes the process servers fee). This is perhaps the safest way of ensuring that a tenant cannot claim not to have received the Notice. If you choose this service will ask you to make an additional online payment after you have made your purchase.
