A Section 21 Notice (or Notice to Terminate) gives the tenant 2 months notice to vacate the property and is appropriate where;
- there is a valid Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- the fixed period of the tenancy has expired or is due to expire
- you do not want/need to recover rent arrears
