A Section 8 Notice (or Notice Seeking Possession) is generally appropriate where;
- there is a valid Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- the tenant is in arrears of rent or in breach of the Agreement
Two weeks notice is usually required and you have to specify the 'grounds' for seeking possession, such as failure to pay rent, breach of obligations and so on and give particulars. When you purchase this document you will receive further information regarding the possible 'grounds' you can rely on.
You will be provided with a standard form Notice with instructions for completion by yourself. If you would prefer us to draft the Notice for you then please request our
