Agreement for Provision of Services by a Self Employed Contractor

Businesses may have a need for work to be carried out which is irregular and intermittant and therefore impossible to plan other than within a very short time span. In this event it may wish to make an arrangement to accept services from on a self employed contractor basis, where the contractor will not be an employee of the businsess. This may be effected by setting up a panel of available contractors and setting out conditions of membership of the panel.
