WE SPECIALIZE IN NEGOTIATING COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS

Commercial contracts/agreements will often need some negotiation between the parties in order to end up with a contract acceptable to both parties. In many cases this may involve minor amendments but in some it will involve more substantial re-drafting. We can assist either party to a contract (though not, of course, both parties!) and, whilst our primary concern is to ensure that our client's position is protected, we do try at all times to take a constructive approach which will hopefully strengthen the commercial relationship between the parties.

Once we have sufficient information about your requirements we will email you a written estimate of costs (or fixed quote if possible) and timescale. If this is agreed we will normally ask for a payment on account, upon receipt of which we shall proceed with the work.
