Agreement for the Supply of Professional Services

This is a service supply contract where there is a close relationship between the customer and supplier. It is appropriate for a supplier who works as an independent contractor supplying general professional services for one, or at most a few customers, on a long-term regular basis, and who takes up a considerable amount of his personal time in doing so. The sample document is of a physician who supplies medical services to a company at one of its factories, but it could equally well apply to any of the other professions, such as lawyers, accountants or architects, or to the provision of technical, engineering or marketing expertise.
