Teaming Agreement

This document is concerned with a collaboration or teaming agreement, by means of which two separate and independent undertakings agree to work together to achieve a common objective. Such arrangements are to be distinguished from contractual joint ventures or partnerships in that they are entered into for a limited period of time and for a restricted and well-defined purpose.

This document is a teaming agreement under which two parties agree to work together on a tender for a major contract, on the basis that if the contract is awarded to them its performance will be divided between them, one acting as main contractor and the other as subcontractor.
