For use where you are letting a room to someone in your own home, where either you share living accommodation with them, or where you provde services (such as cleaning and meals), or both. NB - If you are letting completely self contained accommodation (such as a basement flat), which you never enter, then you should be using the resident landlord tenancy which is one of the Type C tenancies.
This Agreement contains the following clauses:
main details and definitions
payments, utilities and costs
the deposit
the condition of the property and disrepair
health and safety
using the property
insurance
landlords inspections and keys
notices and documents
ending or transferring this agreement
leaving the property
