Inventory/Schedule of Condition form

This document is only available in conjunction with the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. It is included free of charge within the price of the agreement.

Even if you are letting a property unfurnished, it is a good idea to have an inventory/schedule of condition to cover things like carpets, curtains and the condition of the walls and doors.
