Requesting a service is simple.

	select the individual service you require
	complete and submit the Request Form (which you will find below each service)
	you will receive an automatic email acknowledgement of your request
	we will then contact you by email to discuss your matter further

Please note:

	if your request is made prior to 12.00 mid-day (working day) we aim to contact you by email the same day to discuss your matter further.
	we will not telephone you unless you specifically request us to do so.
	your request for a service is made on a confidential 'without obligation' basis. If you then decide to proceed with the service we will ask you to pay in advance either the full amount of the service or a deposit. This can be done by credit card in the Online Payments section on our website.
